Does Splash and Go offer vacuums? 

Yes! At Splash and Go we offer FREE COURTESY VACUUMS with every wash package.


Is Splash and Go open year round?

Yes, we are open 7 days a week for your washing convenience. We will be closed in the event of rain or extreme cold temperatures. In the event of rain, we will monitor weather radar closely and open for business just as soon as possible. As a general rule, we can wash cars with temperatures down to approximately 15°-20°.


How often should I wash at Splash and Go?

It is recommended that a vehicle be washed approximately every 10 days and is suggested more frequently based on environmental conditions such as winter to remove salt and other harsh chemicals treatments used to treat the our roads. It is suggested to use a professional car wash location as our cleaning solutions, clear coat protectants and triple foam polishes are specially formulated to protect your cars exterior and underbody finishes.


Does my car need the underbody washed?

Washing the underbody is just as important as the exterior. Road film, grease, dirt, mud, salt and other road-treating chemicals can harm components such as exhaust, suspension, belts and hoses and the underbody structure itself. The underbody wash is just as important during warm weather conditions to remove caked on mud or dirt that can hold moisture that can cause rust formations. Splash and Go offers an underbody wash and follows with a underbody conditioner.


Are there any vehicles that can’t be washed by Splash and Go?

Our tunnel wash technology is designed to wash a large variety of vehicles that range from small economical compact to full size trucks and vans, However there are applications that for your safety, we can not wash. Examples of vehicles that WE CAN NOT WASH are listed below.

  • Lowered vehicles due to lack or ground clearance will interfere with the conveyer system
  • Customized with a wheel and tire combination exceeding 14"
  • Lifted vehicles or increased van height that exceed a maximum of 87" clearance
  • Pickup trucks with Dual Rear Tires
  • Tow vehicles with extended or tripod mirror systems
  • Vehicles with hitch mounted accessories such as bike or ski racks, wheel chair  or utility  equipment carriers
  • Vans and pickups with ladder racks or attached ladders and equipment
  • Recreational vehicles, Class C motor homes and trailers
  • Open bed pickup trucks with loose debris, tools, materials and  greasy fifth wheel hitches
  • All Hummers

What forms of payment are accepted at Splash and Go?

Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and our Exclusive Wash Card can be used as forms of payment. A receipt is generated at the time of sale for your records.


Do you offer any Interior or Exterior Detailing?

No,  we do not. We are an Express, Exterior & Underbody car wash only. Our State Of The Art Equipment allows us to provide our customers a fast, high quality wash every time. We do offer our customers courtesy vacuums for their convenience.


Do I Stay Inside My Vehicle?

Yes,   Our State Of The Art Conveyor System is designed with your safety in mind at all times. Upon entering the Splash and Go Location, you will advance to one of our multiple Electronic Pay Stations where staff will also be on hand if assistance is needed. After choosing the wash package of your option, you will proceed to the building where you will be assisted on to the conveyor to begin your wash experience.


What is the average wait time?

It is our goal to provide our customers with professionalism and efficiency. The wash experience can be completed in approximately 3–5 minutes from the time you enter our facility until you exit the building unless extreme volume is on site.


How do I know that I’m receiving the correct wash package?

After choosing the wash package option of your choosing at one of our multiple Electronic Pay Stations and advancing to the building, once inside you will see off to your right side a brightly lit sign displaying your wash package for verification.
